Here we are, November, only a few weeks away from Christmas, at the end of the second year of this madness we live in. The rules and regulations forced on us now have certainly divided our people and that is hard to see. The government, media, neighbours, friends and even family seems to be committed to breaking this once great country. It's such a shame. I truly hate the fact that as members of society and as business people we are forced to make choices that determine which side of the line we stand on, and have to suffer crazy consequences for it.
One thing I DO know though, is that we are Albertans, the toughest bunch in Canada, and we will get through this thing. We have been blessed with incredible support from our customers and people in the community. We've even seen people coming from outside of Ponoka. Thank you, we continue to do our best to be here for you.
We are continuing to stay open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. As of today we have chosen to close our seating for dine-in service. I am not OK with asking for private information and ultimately denying entry to someone because of a personal choice they've made. As always, we offer full take-away service, and we will be happy to take your phone orders to have your lunch ready when you arrive. We can also do curb-side service if you are uncomfortable with coming into the building. As always, we will continue to follow AHS guidelines for masking, cleaning and social distancing. We will do our best to serve you quickly and efficiently, and of course safely.
